First of all, install windows on the drive who have more space than other drive. If you want your OS for long time running smoothly and also if you are the person who uses too much software install in your system, or use 3 or more software at same time. Then you have to do this.

Clean your OS : Go to run type “%temp%” and then press enter > Then a folder open where all software temporary file placed select all then delete it. If any kind of interruption occurs then the delete files one by one. If anything is not deleting then skip it and go for other one. (CTRL+A then press Delete).

Use some Utility software like CCleaner, TuneUp Utilities. But 1st Delete temporary file (%temp%) then CCleaner & TuneUp Utilities. And do it before shut down your system. Then makes your OS (windows) run for fast as much as it can. So, try it and believe it.
